City Point is our biggest student accommodation building, with 159 rooms over 6 floors. If you’re looking to be part of an exciting student community, then City Point is the place for you. Our flats range from 3 to 9 bed, so whether there’s just a few of you or a whole gang, we’ve got a bed for everyone. We also have students from all of Liverpool’s universities living at City Point, giving you the chance to make ALL THE FRIENDS!
With rooms priced at £99 per week, City Point is the most affordable ensuite student accommodation in the city centre. Plus, you get to choose from a 43 up to 51 week contract giving you total control. Not sure if City Point is the place for you for 2018/19? Read on to find out more!
Facilities
City Point has everything you could need. All rooms come with a ¾ double bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. The on-site gym means you don’t even have to leave the building to achieve your exercise goals, whilst the 24-hour laundry facilities ensure you don’t have to worry about running out of clean pants.
Bringing your car to Liverpool? City Point has also got a number of parking spaces just for our students. If you’re all about that pedal power though, we’ve got a secure bike storage facility too.
City Point reception is open daily too. Whether you’re getting a parcel delivered or have a problem you need to discuss, we’re there for you.
Location
City Point is only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Liverpool, meaning you’re never too far from the action. Students at John Moore’s James Parson building on Byrom Street have the added benefit of being less than 10 minutes’ walk to campus – no excuse to miss that 9am lecture! University of Liverpool and Liverpool Hope campuses are also only a 20 minute walk away.
Even though City Point isn’t in the centre of town, there’s still plenty going on in the area to keep you going. A few minutes down Great Homer Street is an exciting new retail development. Here you’ll find a Sainsbury’s superstore, McDonalds, Dominoes, KFC, Costa Coffee, Home and Bargains and so much more. if you want to feel like a true local, head down to Greatie market. On every Saturday, you’ll find everything from living dolls to meat and cheese and you’re guaranteed to pick up some excellent bargains.
You’re also not far from some beautiful parks. Everton Park and Stanley Park are perfect locations for taking a stroll, having a kick about and getting some fresh air. Football fans will also be pleased to know that City Point is really close to both Everton and Liverpool stadiums. Whether you’re a red or a blue or even one of the away fans, there’s nothing better than watch the match live.
