Why choose Caro for your Liverpool uni accommodation?
Like most first-year students, you might be moving away from home for the first time and need someplace safe to stay whilst studying for your degree. Or maybe you’re in your second or final year and after staying at student halls, you want to move into an apartment with a group of friends.
If you’re only due to start university later on in the year, there’s no harm in being organised and assessing the options that are available to you now. In fact, we highly recommend you do, so to avoid disappointment and last-minute panic.
Here we look at why you should make CARO Lettings your first choice for student accommodation in Liverpool.
Firstly, all of our rooms are furnished with:
An en-suite
TV
A shared kitchen & living room
All-inclusive bills
… and lots of other great facilities
You can choose from a 41–51-week student let – but we’re confident once you stay with us, you won’t want to leave! With a full-time maintenance team, we guarantee to offer some of the best-kept student accommodation in Liverpool, with flats frequently maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
Affordable rent
One of the main reasons why students love staying in CARO’s Liverpool student homes is our affordable rent prices. En-suite rooms at City Point are just £94 a week! Meaning you have more money left for parties, food, new clothes…OK, and maybe the odd study book too!
When you move away to uni, you’ll quickly have to learn how to juggle your studies with your social life – ensuring you have enough money to cover the monthly rent and bills (if they’re not included).
Fortunately, all utilities are included in the rent here at CARO Lettings, so there won’t be any extra charges for heating, lighting, electricity, and water.
Another great thing about securing spacious student accommodation in Liverpool with us is there are no estate agency fees. Meaning you’ll have more to spend on study materials, parties, food, and new clothes.
All-inclusive bills
Not great with money? Our Liverpool student houses provide unlimited usage of heating, lighting, electricity and water charges all for one fixed price – so you know exactly where you’re at with your finances.
On top of this, you won’t have to worry about Netflix buffering or struggling to upload your coursework last minute, as we also provide super-fast and reliable WiFi.
Excellent location
Want to be close to the action? We boast 3 fantastic locations across the heart of the city centre, putting you in easy reach of all the major university buildings. These include the Liverpool John Moores University city campus, Mount Pleasant Campus, the University of Liverpool South and North campuses, and Liverpool Hope University Creative Campus.
Although free parking is available at City Point, the convenience of being able to travel on foot to and from campus and to the shops means many students choose to leave their 4 wheels at home.
Don’t worry, it’s not all about studying! CARO’s central location for student houses in Liverpool also allows you to make the most of the city’s lively nightlife – with excellent restaurants, bars and clubs right on your doorstep, so you can live your student life to the max.
High-quality furnishings in every room
Wondering what you’ll need to pack when moving away to university?
Well, all our student lets in Liverpool come with a ¾ or double bed, wardrobe, workstation with shelves and a pinboard, and en-suite bathroom. That means you’ll only really need to bring the essentials, such as bed linen, clothing, stationery, books, laptops, towels, etc.
You’ll also have access to a shared kitchen which includes a spacious eating area, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. It’s worth finding out what your housemates will be taking with them too, as you don’t want to end up with too many pots and pans to fit in the cupboard and not a single tin opener in the drawer!
Excellent facilities on-site
Here at CARO, students live comfortably and benefit from a host of wonderful facilities and services at absolutely no extra cost. This includes a lounge area with comfy seating and LCD TV, gym access, a secure place to store bikes, free car parking (if you’ve decided to bring your car to uni), and free broadband and Wi-Fi.
Laundry facilities are also available; however, additional charges apply. A top tip to save money and water would be to hold off putting a wash on for just a couple of items. Instead, wait until you’ve got a full basket.
Something that sets us apart from other providers is that we have a free downloadable app to help make our tenants’ lives easier. On the app, you can make payments, seek support, find all the necessary documents related to the property, and report maintenance issues. You can also enjoy exclusive offers from local businesses and view job adverts.
These are just some of the reasons why you should stay with us at CARO Lettings– one of Liverpool’s most expert private student accommodation providers. To find out more about our student lets in Liverpool, don’t hesitate to give us a call on 0151 318 4743.
