How to book one of Caro’s student flats in Liverpool
With so much to see and do in this fantastic city, you don’t want to any waste time. So you’ll be pleased to hear we’ve made booking a room with us quick and easy.
Just follow these 6 simple steps and you’ll be the proud tenant of one of our Liverpool student lets in no time at all!
- Step 1: Have a look at our 3 locations, City Point, The Bridewell and Shaw Street to see which accommodation suits your needs best. Don’t forget to check out the photo gallery and City Point virtual tour.
- Step 2: Choose your group & flat size. We take individuals or groups of any size. Across our buildings, we have flat sizes of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 & 14 so it’s fair to say we’re flexible depending on what you’re after.
- Step 3: Arrange a viewing – we always recommend visiting our accommodation before booking. If you are unable to view it in person we can arrange a virtual viewing
- Step 4: Book your room online via the ‘Book Now’ feature on our website.
- Step 5: Once you will have received your tenancy agreement via Student Swipe, the next step is for you, and your guarantor, to read, fill in and electronically sign the document.
- Step 6: All that is left to do is pay your deposit of £250 (This is split between a holding deposit equal to 1 week’s rent, which is due immediately, and a second amount bringing the total to £250, which is due 10 days before the start date of your contract). This is protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme and will be returned to you in full at the end of your tenancy, providing you have no outstanding charges or have caused any damage to your room or the property.

It’s just me renting - is that ok?
Sure it is! Here at Caro we offer something for everyone and house many independent students every year.
Our student flats in Liverpool are arranged in different clusters, with anything from 3 to 14 bed spaces. It’s also possible to request a single-sex flat if you prefer.
With attractive, well-equipped communal spaces, you’ll be meeting new people in no time, but to help you get to know the other students you’ll be living with before you move in, we set up private Facebook groups.
Searching for a group? This is no problem either. Simply let us know their names when you apply and make sure they do the same and we will allocate your rooms together. But be sure to apply early to avoid disappointment!
What should I bring with me?
Leaving home for university can be daunting, to say the least, and you’re probably worrying about packing the essentials to take with you to your student accommodation, right?
The good news is, we offer some of the best student accommodation Liverpool has to offer and, each of our rooms comes with the basic amenities – including:
- a comfy bed
- LCD TV
- desk with shelves and a pinboard
- free broadband and Wi-Fi
Of course, you’re going to need to bring bed linen, towels and toiletries; clothes, coat hangers, kitchen utensils, washing detergent, etc. However, you may wish to have a few home comforts when moving into your student accommodation. After all, you’ll be spending a lot of your time in your room – resting and studying – so it’s only right you make it feel homely.
