CARO Lettings is a whole new approach to student accommodation in Liverpool, with three fantastic locations currently available. Our student accommodation (bedspaces) at Kensington, City Point and The Bridewell has been designed with the modern student in mind and accommodates for all their needs and requirements.

Our home is Liverpool, where we offer both student and residential lettings across the city centre and Kensington. We also let residential properties in Wigan, Manchester and soon to be Warrington, including Vantage Point at Bryan House in Wigan town centre.
We have two private halls, City Point and The Bridewell, plus 4, 5 and 6 bed student houses in Kensington. Flats range from 3 to 14 bedrooms, and The Bridewell also has studios for anyone wanting a bit more space to themselves. Everything is within easy reach of the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores, Liverpool Hope and LIPA.
Yes. Heating, electricity, water and super-fast Wi-Fi are all included in one fixed weekly price, so there are no separate bills to split with housemates. We don't charge estate agency fees either.
Both. Lots of students book solo every year, and we set up private Facebook groups so you can meet your flatmates before moving in; you can also request a single-sex flat. If you're booking as a group, just list each other's names when you apply and we'll allocate your rooms together.
Our student lets run from 41 to 51 weeks, so you can pick the length that fits your course. We also offer shorter-term stays to suit healthcare students on placement schedules.
Start by arranging a viewing, either in person or virtually, then book online. You and your guarantor will sign your tenancy agreement electronically, then pay a £250 deposit: one week's rent as a holding deposit straight away, with the balance due 10 days before your contract starts. Your deposit is protected with the Deposit Protection Service.
We let studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments, ideal for young professionals and anyone wanting a well-connected town or city centre base. Current developments include Poet's Place in Liverpool and Vantage Point in Wigan, with more coming across the North West.
