• Be in full-time employment
• Pass a formal credit check with our referencing company

They’ll be named on your Tenancy Agreement and be required to sign it, as well as provide detailed information proving affordability, such as their income and salary.

If you don’t have a guarantor, you can still live at your dream accommodation at Liverpool Hope University, but full payment is required in advance.
