Halloween 2020 was a little different from what we’re used to. Now almost 65% of the population in England is fully vaccinated and most social restrictions are gone, we’re all excited to restore a sense of normality on 31st October!
Whether you’re looking forward to spooktacular parties at your student accommodation in Liverpool or you’ve been longing for an excuse to dig out your craziest fancy dress costume for a night out in town, we’ve rounded up some of the best Halloween events and venues to attend in 2021…
1. Party at Camp and Furnace
If you love nothing more than tucking into some tasty street-style food, listening to live music, and dancing the night away with your coursemates, then Camp and Furnace is the place to be this Halloween.
Renowned for throwing some of the biggest parties in the Baltic Triangle, they are hosting an epic MODE fancy dress party on Friday 29th with their biggest line-up yet.
They’re also hosting a Halloween edition of Bingo Lingo, where you can bet they’ll be playing cheesy dance tunes, club classics, house, indie, and pop music.
2. Attend Liverpool’s Magic Garden Rave
Nestled in the already thriving Baltic Triangle district, Hangar 34 are kicking off the Halloween celebrations early this year with a six-hour dance music experience on Saturday 23rd October.
With special headlining acts, dancers, face painters, glow sticks, and so much more, the Magic Garden Rave in Liverpool is set to be bigger, louder, and more colourful than ever before.
3. Get your boogie on at Flares
Situated on Matthew Street – next to the world-famous Cavern Club – Flares is the grooviest disco in town. Here you can enjoy delicious cocktails and 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, and modern disco tunes all night long.
Got a Halloween costume but need to wipe the cobwebs off it? Perhaps you’d rather keep it simple and use some eyeliner to add a cute little nose and cat whiskers to your cheeks? Either way, a fab night out is guaranteed at Flares.
4. Experience Halloween in the Palm House
Don your spookiest outfit and head on down to Sefton Park on Thursday 28th October, because RAW is returning to the Grade II listed Palm House for a Halloween special.
RAW cater for almost every event and offer a bespoke service. With that said, you can expect signature high-level production and house, tech, and dance music from guest DJs, deep within the forests of the park.
5. Go on a spooky ghost hunt at Newsham Park Hospital
Don’t fancy spending Halloween at your student accommodation in Liverpool, but not overly keen on the idea of partying in town either? Why not book a walking tour around Newsham Park Hospital, the abandoned asylum and orphanage, for you and your housemates?
Local ghost hunters Haunted Happenings will take you around, share chilling stories, and use ghost hunting equipment to show you what really lurks in the derelict building. We must warn you, it’s not for the faint-hearted.

All of the aforementioned venues are just a stone’s throw from Caro Lettings’ student accommodation in Liverpool.
